Take a look at this gorgeous Lowndes Grove Wedding! Lauren and Corey were married under the live oaks overlooking the Ashley River. The sun was beginning to go down which made for some really warm glowy ceremony shots. Allison and her team from CWBA designed such an elegant celebration dripping with soft pinks and golds. I absolutely loved shooting at Lowndes Grove. The gorgeous rooms in the historic Charleston home and the expansive water views create such an effortless array of backdrops. I decided to hang Lauren’s gown in one of the upstairs rooms with pale pink walls knowing that the final product would pair so well with the colors she had chosen for the day. It’s always so nice and relaxed when couples opt for an all in one venue. Lauren and her bridesmaids were able to have hair and makeup done on site and drank champagne while hanging out on the piazza enjoying the day. The day was absolutely beautiful with warm springtime weather and a really perfect sun set over the water. Everyone ate, drank and danced well into the evening celebrating such a wonderful couple.
